Spherical Ruler 18inch

The Spherical Globe Ruler is designed to measure the length of great-circle arcs on an 18-inch globe in both degrees and centimeters. This hands-on educational tool helps students explore key concepts in spherical geometry and its real-world applications, including navigation, astronomy, geography, geology, seismology, oceanography, and ecology.

The product is white, allowing users to color and customize the markings as needed for specific lessons or activities.

Enhance learning with our four available Classroom Overlays, designed to expand lesson plans and provide interactive globe-based activities. Each overlay can be downloaded free of charge and printed on standard or plotted paper (see Photo 10). For a more durable classroom solution, overlays are also available from Real World Globes as self-adhesive vinyl prints with a dry-erase laminate, allowing repeated writing, cleaning, and reuse.
